Breath is the essence of life. Without it, there is no movement; there is no space in physical, mental, and emotional bodies to create a deeper relationship with your unique Self and the world around you. Breath is the gateway to stilling the mind thus cultivating more awareness and presence. Breath is an invitation to your truth.
Join me on the island paradise of Koh Phangan, Thailand for this transformational 3-day journey of breath. Collectively, we’ll move through yoga practices to instill consistent connection to breath. We commence each day with a 2-hour combination of Mindful Vinyasa, Pranayama and Meditation. In the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra relaxation session. Following afternoon tea and fruit, we’ll join together for a 1-hr discussion. Topics will include prana and the energetic body, and the importance of breath relating to overall health and wellbeing. The day ends with a Yin practice with Reiki, followed by closing meditation.
LOCATION This non-residential retreat will be held at The Yoga House. Praised as one of THE most beautiful retreat spaces on the island, we have private use of the fully-equipped yoga shala, garden, pool, and living room throughout the retreat.
