Your 2-hour journey begins with gentle pranayama and then transitions to Yin yoga. This ground-based practice of long static-held postures (approx 5 minutes) targets deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints, bones) to increase flexibility and improve energy flow. Muscles are soft, and body is heavy and relaxed with no alignment needed.It all rounds out with a 20-minute deeeeeep savasana.
Reiki, a form of energy healing, will be given if you wish to receive it.
Set to an intentionally curated playlist, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and balanced.
Suggested: Bring a top layer, hoodie, socks, etc., in case you need them to stay warm. Eye pillow and/or your favorite blanket are options too!
